Training Record Book - The Deck Seafarers Structured Shipboard Training Programme (DSSTP)

[This Book is applicable for six-month competency course for Deck Ratings to appear in the Second Mate (Foreign Going) Certificate of Competency Examination]

Procedure to get the CMMI Training Record Book (TRB) for six-month competency course for Deck Ratings to appear in the Second Mate (Foreign Going) Certificate of Competency Examination is as follows

1. E-mail requisition from 'Institute' or 'Company' with duly completed excel sheet to office@cmmi.co.in
DOWNLOAD excel sheet for DSSTP - TRAINING RECORD BOOK -

2. Make the payment by NEFT / on-line payment inclusive of courier charges per TRB
A) INR 860/-within Maharashtra
B) INR 920/- outside Maharashtra
at following payment linkwww.cmmi.co.in/pay under Home page ‘DSSTP -Training Record Book’

3. Send the acknowledgement of payment in case of NEFT or other mode of payment to office@cmmi.co.in along with your Name, Address, Mobile number for the arranging courier of TRB

4. Your MTI to send e-mail to office@cmmi.co.in with your details as per attached Requisition excel sheet.

Maritime Training Institutes and / or RPSL Companies are recommended to order DSSTP-TRB in bulk quantity with excel sheet and payment details in a single submission so as to expedite delivery to their seafarers.
